Several years ago, in an article he wrote in Busines First on golf, he made at least 6 factual errors. I wrote a letter to Business First pointing out the errors and suggesting that Mr. Reed be more professional in his writing. Shortly after the article, he was on a local radio call-in show, so naturally I wanted a peice of him. When challenged by me, all he wanted to do was casually dismiss his shoddy facts as "no big deal, irrelevant to the story".
